We are pleased to announce that all validation workshops of the DATA-READY Data Literacy Framework have now been successfully completed.
Educators, researchers and field experts engaged in highly constructive discussions, providing insightful feedback that further strengthens the validity, coherence and applicability of the framework.
The workshops focused on key structural elements, including:
🔹 The 7 core competency domains
🔹 The 3 progression bands across compulsory education
🔹 Practical classroom implementation parameters
🔹 Alignment with curriculum priorities and policy needs
The outcomes of this validation phase will further enhance the robustness of the framework and will directly guide its pilot implementation in five European countries.
This important milestone brings us one step closer to the release of the 1st working draft, which will be published soon on the official project website.
