  1. Preparation stage<\/strong>: comprehensive research and analysis.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
      • The project begins with an extensive research phase<\/strong> to understand the current landscape of data literacy education in partner countries.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • This includes literature reviews, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement workshops and consultations<\/strong> to identify existing practices, gaps, and challenges.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • This stage will ensure that the project’s interventions are based on a solid understanding of the context and needs.<\/span><\/li>
      • Moreover, this stage includes the preparation phase for the project\u2019s successful implementation, where partners are going to develop the project management plan<\/strong>, the quality assurance and evaluation plan<\/strong> and the communication strategy<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
        1. Development phase<\/strong>: policy framework to test<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
            • Based on the research findings, a comprehensive framework for data literacy skills in compulsory education<\/strong> will be developed through a collaborative process involving partners and stakeholders.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
            • This framework will provide clear guidelines and standards for educators and policymakers to integrate data literacy into curriculum effectively.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
            • It will address the identified gaps and aligns with international best practices, ensuring its relevance and applicability.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
              1. Application phase<\/strong>: capacity building of teachers – experimentation in schools<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
                  • Training courses<\/strong> for both higher education students and in-service teachers will be developed based on the framework.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                  • These courses will be piloted and evaluated to ensure their effectiveness and suitability for different educational contexts.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                  • Piloting <\/strong>will allow for refinement and adaptation of the training programs to better meet the needs.<\/span><\/li>
                  • Following, an experimentation phase to test the effectiveness of the developed interventions in real educational settings, will be implemented.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                  • An experimentation protocol<\/strong> will be designed and an online assessment tool to measure data literacy skills will be developed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                  • The experimentation will help gather empirical data and evidence on the impact of the interventions and best practices for teaching data literacy.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                  • The experimentation will provide evidence to inform policy recommendations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                    1. Policy Engagement and Recommendations<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ol>
                        • The project will engage policymakers and stakeholders through policy events and consultations<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>
                        • Policy recommendations<\/strong> will be developed based on research findings and stakeholder inputs, aiming to influence educational policies and practices at local, national, and international levels.<\/span><\/li>
                        • Transversal to these stages of implementation are the project management, quality assurance and evaluation and dissemination activities, which will span throughout the duration of the project.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                        • These activities will assure the smooth execution of the DATA-RADY project, the quality of processes and results, the widespread dissemination of project findings, the scalable impact to education policies and the sustainability of the project results.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
