The recent development of the European Digital Competence Framework with DigComp 3.0 signifies a major shift: digital competence is no longer viewed solely as operational or technical skill, but as a vital, ethical, and reflective ability to work with data, information, and digital systems across all areas of life.<\/p>\n

This is exactly where the <\/strong>DATA-READY<\/a> project comes into focus.<\/strong><\/blockquote>\n

DATA-READY is based on the core idea that data literacy is not just an additional digital skill, but a fundamental pillar of digital competence, especially in compulsory education. DigComp 3.0 emphasises this view by placing information and data literacy at the centre of the framework, closely linked to critical thinking, problem-solving, citizenship, and ethical digital engagement.<\/p>\n
